5 Year Limited Warranty
AIT warrants that product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. AIT at its option shall repair or replace product covered by this warranty. Submit warranty inquires and include contact and order information to P.O. Box 754 - Ft. Lupton, CO 80621 or call 303-857-1405. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping and AIT will pay for replacement shipping. Before thinking your product is defective please review Product Technical Support.
Defective Goods
If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item please Contact us to request a replacement. Please include contact and order information. When notified within 30 days of purchase AIT will pay for return shipping and replacement shipping.
Returns for Purchases Made on Appliedinnotech.com
You may return new items sold by Applied Innovative Technologies, Inc. (AIT) within 30 days of delivery for a full product refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. To initiate a return please contact us via our website link. Include the following information in your email: Purchasers Name, Complete Address and Telephone number, Purchase Order or Invoice number. You should expect to receive your refund check within four weeks of merchandise return to AIT; however, in many cases you will receive a refund even faster.
Items Purchased from Other Retailers
Items purchased from a retailer, other than Applied Innovative Technologies, Inc., need to be returned merchandise to the retailer. Returned goods are subject to retailer’s return policy.
Warning
A strong magnetic field surrounds NightStar rechargeable LED flashlights. Do not set the light within 16” (40cm) of computers, monitors, televisions, or magnetic storage media (cassette tapes, computer floppies, videotapes, credit cards, etc.). Increased distances may be necessary for highly sensitive compasses used in aircraft and boats. Keep NightStar flashlights at least 2” (5cm) away from gear driven watches and clocks. Exercise caution when using any magnetic device close to pacemakers. Applied Innovative Technologies, Inc. (AIT) assumes no responsibility for damage to magnetically sensitive components or storage media. AIT is not responsible for any damages, consequential or otherwise, resulting from the use of NightStar flashlights.
Disclaimer of Liability
AIT expressly disclaims any liability for personal injury and property damages resulting from use of product. Buyer agrees to indemnify AIT including its agents and to hold sellers harmless from any claim related to product use. In the event that the buyer does not agree with this agreement: the buyer may return this product, in a new and unused condition, with a dated proof of purchase to the place of Purchase within ten (10) days from the date of purchase for a full refund. The use of this product indicates that the buyer has read and understands this agreement and accepts the terms and conditions.
